Processing & Shipping Times

Below is how long orders typically take so you can plan your event with confidence.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed.

Processing includes picking, packing and quality checks.

Business days are Monday–Friday only. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options & Transit Times

Standard Post: usually around 4 business days transit time after processing.

Express Post: usually 1 business day transit time after processing.

Please note: Australia Post does not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times quoted are business days only.

Example Timelines

Standard order: placed Monday → processed by Wed (1–3 days) → delivered by the following Mon/Tues (≈4 business days transit).

Express order: placed Monday → processed by Wed → delivered by Thurs/Fri (≈1 business day transit).

Need it Fast?

If your order is urgent, please leave a note at checkout and select Express Post. We’ll prioritise packing where possible, but express courier fees still apply and urgent-request fulfilment depends on current order volume.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow progress until delivery.
